well I will be totally unbiased and say....Galway lol. In Fairness I dont think Mullingar would suit as there are only two big-ish hotels and you really need a place with a big population, Galway Is very accessible for people from the North, and the south...and er....er the east....Ok Ok..well Galway is a class spot, I think we should have it there.
