Wasnt meant as a Rant, was meant as an informative post, answering the people that whine 'This site fake, no one meets, only time-wasters on it' etc....

The getting to meet thing can vary for everyone, some get first meets inside a week of joining, others can be here months, you have to be patient. People are wary of new people until they get chattimg to them and develop a little rapport, sure we arent here to make friends most of us but still people like to get a feel for the other party before they get to actually 'feel' the other Party.
Good luck on the site and give it a bit of time, you'll have yer first meet in no time and you'll be flying.

I Don't get this thread? Surely as humans we have been bestowed with a thing called free will! Labels don't mean anything if the person who's communicated an interest in us doesn't on the first impression meet what criteria we have in regards to who we wish to interact with. I've approached a lot more on here via email chat whom haven't responded to my advances, and I accept it and move along, in the same breath I can say I have done similar.
If I don't see a smidgen of compatibility I won't delude someone and keep contact with them arising any false hopes or possibilities that more will come of the initial contact. The persons Marital status, sexuality etc doesn't come into it.
My Point being that some find it hard to be so blunt in rejecting peoples advances and may use the above labels as reasons to justify they're reasons not to meet.

You first sexual experience is a very formative factor to how you approach sex for the rest of your life I think, and if the experience was bad you'd be Kicking yourself forever as you'd keep relating back to that one bad experience. On an additional point, Most you will find like to meet someone that has some experience, and they arent really into coaching, though some lady with a 'Virgin de-flowering' Fantasy could prove me completely wrong.
The Main point is, if your Motives for being on the site are to loose your virginity I'd seriously reconsider it.

Grab it by the scruff of the neck, The best way, get yerself in there and chatting to people and remember you get a lot further in this by taking time to make some connections and not just start a convo with'fancy a shag'...that normally only works with those you've already built up a rapport with. and remember ask to whisper, nothing pee's folks off more than just diving in and whispering.

I'm a swinging single, I joined here to get back into Party's and meeting couples, True I have had one to one meets but always been a case of talking to someone for a bit and likes the cut of they're jib so to speak and then took it from there.
I can see what ya mean though about appearing to be just looking for a ride, well in a way aren't we all, but its the associated benefits of forming networks of like-minded people that enjoy the same Kinda fun as yourself and tend to be more expressive about theyre sexuality that appeals to me.
Sure ya can go to a Bar and pick up someone and have a random shag, but in honesty its uncharted territory, and most times involves copious amounts of drink on one or both parties behalf followed by a drunken fumble. The Party and meeting couples aspect is what attracted me to swinging.

I think the spontaneous meets are only really possible with someone you have previously met on here as what I have found is, despite yes there are loads of open minded ladies and couples on here seeking males, they sure as hell wont meet at the drop of a hat with someone they know nothing about, the old saying me dear Gran used to have'you wouldn't buy a pig in a bag would you?' springs to mind....While optimistic, and believe me I aint shooting down your efforts for the sake of doing so, I will say that the chances of an off the cuff meet with little or know prior interaction with the other person/persons are slim, and in the cases of you getting a positive reply I would have a good think about the other party's motives/genuineness.
