Mr Sameplace - NoSorry to hear lots of guys got cold feet. A lot of guys need to grow up. If your going to join a site like this you have to be willing to invest a bit of effort, which I reckon a lot don't want to. Sorry a bit off topic.
Well here's my tuppence worth I'd pay for the room first time out and if ye click ye always suggest you get it next time 
Call it old fashioned but I think it would be the gentlemanly thing to do. And if it were a third meet it would be 50:50 all the way so it would balance out.
I'd make an acceptance for BTB she can do whatever she wants to me 
Also from the point of view that if you get the guy to book the room you can be sure he has booked it by ringing and asking to leave a message to make sure they are legit. As I get the impression there appears to be an awful lot of single men on here just wasting time.
PS: If I'm ever in Meath I'll have my own room and will accommmodate you anytime

I think it is just immaturity, they just get so excited and then nervous so they bottle it. Or else they weren't honest in the first place.
