So....i'm about to go to a 30th birthday party I'd rather not go to. Why?? The celebrant is a very good friend's boyfriend who in my opinion is a muppet. He likes the sound of his own voice, talks in the 3rd person all the time and reckons he's God's gift to women.
I, along with a few of my other civilian mates think he's extremely arrogant but his girlfriend, our mate, reckons he's just a very very confident guy.
How do you know when someone is gone past being confident to the point that his/her head is so far up their backside?

The lover in me isn't liking that this thread is getting waaaaaay too serious.
Everyone has made very valid points all through this thread as well as Eden's original post. We're all grown up enough to make decisions on what we like, dislike, agree or disagree with and totally allowed to share our views with others.
I think it's time we knocked this one on the head as I have a feeling we could go on for weeks, even months.
