A good friend of mine being stopped from seeing his kids by an ex simply because he has a new love.
This guy loves and cherishes every moment with his kids. He pays for everything for them even the mothers rent too while she claims lone parents allowance and rent allowance too even though my mate pays both. On top of all this she has another guy living with her too whilst all the time claiming officially that she lives alone with just the kids and that she receives no monies

Rugby or football?
Looking through a list of upcoming high court cases and have noticed there are quite a few listings for appeals by people who have been refused refugee status by the Minister for Justice.
Just wondering if anyone here knows who actually pays for the appellants barrister in these cases? Is it the appellant? The irish tax payer? An EU fund maybe? Or do counsel do this work pro bono?
Now before anyone jumps in and tries to vilify me and make me out to be something Im not, I just want to make clear that this is just a question I would like an answer to and nothing more. Also I hope they win too.
