i'm married for the last 12 years but for the last 2 years i have been seen a friend of mime which contisted of kissing and hugging but before christmas we had sex for the first time and then after that we met again... but i dont know what to do next any suggestions :-?

pull back angel and slow things down. you got to ask yourself is it worth it and after 12 years what has gone wrong? talk to your husband outside of the bedroom and without the support of a glass of wine and see if he is feeling the same but for g's sake don't tell him you've slept with someone else. good luck 8)

U never stated if it was male /female u slept wit,If it was wit a female then there is a way around it he cud be excited by this_i wud!!BUT,If it is a male i suggest u ease in an say 2ur hubby and explain that ur marrige isnt where it shud b,and if there is a way 2 solve this??Only u know that
