advice wanted

hi, looking for advice ,in january i am going to a works party
i desperatly want to get off with any of the guys but am not sure of the best way should i dress tarty or slightly looking available should i flirt & tease or waite for attention
i am in my mid 40s is that to old for some guys & i am English will this count against my chances any help would be nice as i know if i get it rite other invites will follow & i hope soon after to be confident enough to start meeting up with strangers

id say dress sexily....ie. slightly rvealing but not too tary and be flirty. if interested to meet up message us
