guys as i said to ye before.. try finamore lakes and boora head out birr rd. turn right at blueball pub. head out there about 2 to 3 miles. and past firing range which is on ur right u will be turning left. there is a large gravel area across from entrance to lakes and for boora keep going out that road till u come to boora. turn left and continue up into park if ye looking for company again get in touch and we can meet..

thanks for the update on Ballagh jilljack. There is a nice plce inthe Slievebloom mountains along the Kinnity - Mountrath road - called the NEw Line. Great view from there too plus a picnic area.
