Maybe you should give S4I members an idea of numbers that have already booked, leading up to the night. I travelled from Dublin to Limerick with a partner last year to visit this club and I genuinely couldn't have been more disappointed. There was one other guest and the taxi driver there to mingle with at the venue.
I felt it was seriously unacceptable to let us book accommodation for the night in an out of town location, travel there and back, to end up in a club that was completely and utterly empty. It would have been more appropriate to contact us using the contact details we provided at the time when it was well known that we were the only bookings in the club for that night, and given us the opportunity to rebook for another night, BEFORE we headed for Limerick from Dublin to spend the night in a club that was completely empty apart from 2-4 other people. It genuinely felt like I was in an episode of father Ted.
Sorry the feedback isn't better but I genuinely felt fúcking robbed afterwards.

While your story is interesting... Going on the title/name of your profile "hell fire club", which is of course the borrowed trading name of an English Swing Club. Now I'm assuming your not that Club, but only an enthustiac amature. But I'm guessing you; " have a go" at running your own M&G's for profit, but perhaps this has not really worked out that well for you in any case, and your a tad angry about that. That's OK, we actually understand, its the case for many. It's better you stick to the day job believe me! If I had a complaint, a REAL genuine complaint, with your "hell fire club" whatever... I'd make my complaint to YOU, or management, there and then, no if's or buts! If I get a bad meal, the waiter is told immediately. I would not make a silly post on a public FOURM, over a year later!!!! and nither would any one else here who had a genuine complaint, not unless of course you were, or WANTED TO BE... the "hell fire club", or fancied yourself rather wrongly... So, as Competition. In short - VESTED INTEREST, and people here a'int fools.!! And know your " FEEDBACK" is actually a "wana be competitor, tread hi-jack". But hay, its a free world... ! I-KANDI has been in business 7-YEARS, YEARS - AND RUNS TWO SWINGERS PARTIES - EVERY WEEK..... How's " Hell Fire Club" doing??? Lol... Listed on the stock exchange yet?

No big conspiracy theory here, I visited your club and it was honestly like something out of Fr. Ted. Your taxi drivers name is Alf, how would I know that if this was some big conspiracy theory as you have suggested, created by someone who is apparently a competitor just out to slate you? I travelled from Dublin to Limerick and I ended up regretting that I got off the sofa that day, deal with it. I was considerably out of pocket for the experience. A wiser businessman would apologise for the poor experience and take the feedback on the chin, but your attitude to your customers is fairly obvious to be honest.
EDIT: The difference is that I'm not charging people for entry into a club, if someone wants to join our society, they are welcome, if they don't, they are not out of pocket and feeling hugely disappointed.
