Firstly, this is not a job advertisement! I was just wondering are there many reps/business owners/whatever who spend many a lonely night in some hotel room on a weekly basis? Can you give me an idea if you are out there... I am not even talking about sex here (bonus points required obviously), but what about some sort of forum where you could check to see if anyone from the site is staying in the same hotel or county as you? I'm talking male or female, and just even meeting up to have a pint, glass/bottles of wine, watch a match, talk about anything... Just spending a bit of time and social with someone in the same boat? Good way to meet new friends with a common interest I'd say! Is there anyone out there thinking this is a good idea?

Thanks for the replies lads! Just had a look at the groups, not a lot of activity on them. Maybe that's because they are a bit tucked away? A forum might just be a little more open and I think it could be a lot more of a social thing, not just a sexual one...And don't get me wrong...I'm not knocking that aspect to it!!! Is there anyone else that would agree with me on this? I for one would definitely use it, I would like to just meet new people over a pint on a Tuesday night in The Peoples Republic of Cork or a Wednesday night on the lively streets of Galway. And I would show nothing but respect of meeting any ladies out on the road without the expectation of sex... Again... Don't get me wrong on that last aspect!!!

Great idea, but just to note you cannot post the names of pubs, clubs or hotels anywhere publicly on this site. So if you are exchanging details please do it via the pm facility :thumbup:
Sorry about that! As I was saying before I was rudely interrupted by technology...What about putting your location area in the subject line, for example 'Douglas, Cork, Tonight the 25th'. Then put a description in the text like 'Anyone fancy going out to watch the match, or a bite to eat etc.' Anyone staying in the area would immediately be able to identify you, and as Amber said just send a PM. If people are available... Great!
Galway is no place to be stuck in Hotel...it's a great town for a few drinks any night of the year...

Great thread...I travel and stay away from home about 2 nights a week...and its starting to get better as the circle of friends grows and grows. So yes, its a great idea for reps to just post a one liner on the forum. We'll definitely be there and on time (lol!), most of us are in sales and can talk for Ireland ( or Malta in my case!!), most of us can entertain (company expenses!!)and there's a king size bed ready for the fun and the frolics should they follow!! Its a no brainer really and I am so surprised that so few cpls and singles take advantage of our situation!! Beats dogging any day ...don't ya think?? Carlo ( ) XXX
I think you're meant to post on the 'Lets Meet' forum and you could just put 'M Rep in Cork Tonite' (just an example) in the title and give some details in the main text...as long as you don't mention hotel names etc. Anybody interested will contact you by sending you a Private Message. I've tried it before and you do get some interest...but now that all us reps are going to be at it...then it might get better as people who are looking a quick hook up on the night cop on to the fact that we're ready, willing and available!! Ok so, just thought I would post an update. I put a post up to say I was in Cork on Tuesday. I got contacted by another male member in the same boat and met up for a couple of pints, dinner, and a chat about girls! It was good crack, it certainly beats sitting in a hotel room. As a Brucie Bonus, I also got some great advice from this gent of a guy, and an introduction to other people on the site. All in all, result!!!
