I'm beyond p*ssed off that this has happened! How dare some narrow minded little sh*t ruin my weekend plans!
I was really looking forward to this after a tough few weeks and now I'm up the much discussed brown river without that ever so important implement... :upset:
Forums and swing parties I think should now be made only available to paid members...I know paid members cud still spill about meets etc but it would reduce the chance of things getting into the public domain...just our thoughts ........
If non paying members can see all the events ect that r posted here why do we bother paying then to have our private events on public view!! we may as well put them on the front of the newspapers :whistling:

Im sure its not an outsider .......... someone from the site who has little to do.....not only the one who were attending but look have much the hotel has been hit ........ all the rooms full and the money they would have made from the bar ....... the hotel could have been depending on the weekend crowd ........... Following on from this cancellation
I think there should be the following amendments to the site
1. Only paid up members should have access to the forums chat rooms etc. Iv been a paying member since day one so i dont know what restrictions are in place for newbies.
2. a poster could set it that only verified members can see the posts (i was a newbie once as well but made the effort to meet a lady for a cup of coffee and get verified with in two weeks)
3. All members are given a six month period to get verified after which time there account is cancelled. Too many are here for the pics with no intention of meeting.
The effort this man went to organise everything and for one sad member to destroy the night of many people is just wrong. This person should be completely ashamed of them selves. They just do not belong on this site or any site like it.
Like any site there are lovely genuine people and messers but what this person did was completely vindictive and i would love the chance to TALK to him

If only verified members can see the post on events coming up how would u suggest new people get involved ? A lot of members wont meet unverified people, they are always getting told (in the chatroom )to go to a meet and greet as its the best way to get verified .. 3. And speaking for myself here .. l am not willing to get verified and have it known who l met just to keep you or anyone else happy. The people l have met know and could verify me but l don`t feel its anyone else`s business. l like to keep it private .. Mrs H
