Firstly if people have still not replied and said they will be attending the meet and greet on the 28th of jan by 23rd with no exception they will be removed from invite list and will not gain entry to private room also this is a charity social night aka meet and greet not a swing party.
Also if people want to meet up in the hotel on the friday night that is no problem as its not the meet night so feel free. But only people which are on guest list will get in on the saturady night.
We have been over booked for the sat but as everyone knows its for charity but will be a great night.
