Hi all
This is to explain the up and coming meet and greet for the 28th of jan 2012.
Firstly we will know by friday where the venue will be. It will hopefully be in a private room and there will be a dj for the night. There will be a cover charge but this is to cover room hire security and other things.
It will be by invite only and known members of site will always be first and others will also get invite.
I will be checking through the mails as i recieve them but i have done can you private message me with your request and if i do not recieve a valid email to respond to you will not get invite end of.
The reason for valid email address is to send out invite which will be numbered you have to respond by month before event or it goes to another. It may seem harsh but we have so many who want to attend its unfair on others if allocated space and you dont bother turning up.
We have allowed for about 250 room should hold 300.
the invites being sent will be called B G S Reunion which will be able to print out and to be brought on the night this is mainly for new people we may not know as i am the only person who will have email addresses i will destroy after event closed.
The last was a great success and for the ones there all seemed to enjoy. It will be open to all shapes sizes single girls / guys and couples but will be fair.
The reason for the meets is to let people mingle and net work its always a no pressure night.
So if interested private message me with your detail and we will try make out a good fair list of people to be invited
