hearing on the news about a horrible thing a crowd of scumbags did to a dog with a firework, scum like that deserve to be brought up the mountains, knee capped and left 2 crawl home
reading in the paper what scumbags did to a mare with a foal the mare and foal went missing..............she was found beaten to death with a baseball bat and strung up in a tree. Teenagers are suspected of doing this........am sickenened and very sad and cant get the image of that poor mare out of my head............
Well Im sorry to say that socio-economics just cant be blamed on the above two blood boilers. This isnt due to lack of education, or due to poverty, or place of residence, but rather a lack of human feeling and conscience. Also a major factor in the cruelty stated above is the lack of parenting in the upbringing of these .... I will hold my tongue and call them people.
For too long now the liberals and irish council for civil liberties and others just like them have blamed behaviour like that mentioned above on such factors as,
Lack of education: Does one need to at least pass the junior cert to realise cruelty to animals is immoral?
Lack of good parenting: This still doesnt hold water as being cruel to another lifeform is not a natural instinct within any creature on this earth
Place of residence: Ive seen horses treated very well and like royalty on housing estates so that excuse doesnt wash
Poverty: If this was a factor, then we would see this behaviour in rampant form around the globe in countries far worse off than our own.
No folks what we have here is blatant, uncontrolled and cruel gougerism. The country is full of these kinds of people. They are not contained to so called no go areas, but are now in every town and suburb accross the nation. This country has gone to the dogs, and I dont just mean economically. There is only one answer to this problem, and similar ones. And the answer begins with the letter V.
God help anyone that would harm any of my family of animals, they each have individual personalities and quirks that make them unique and special. How anyone could treat a dog or any animal in such fashion beggars belief, we are not the superior beings we claim to be if that behaviour goes unpunished.
