This post is not meant to cause bad or ill feeling, I am simply posting a question, in particular for all the newbies::welcome:
For you it must seem or feel daunting to join since a few of us( me included) constantly post in them! as constant posters we welcome you with open arms, the more the merrier, new blood,thoughts, opinions and ideas.
So come on, join in, It really is fun and a great break from the chatrooms.

I joined the site 2 years ago but I did'nt ever put a post in forums until a few months ago (have overdone it since lol).
I am sure all the regular posters in here would welcome new faces. I have to say that each and every one of the posters are the funniest, frindliest, nicest people you could come across....I have had so many laughs here.
Once you start, you cant stop:grin:

Seriously though, we don't post here very often but we do enjoy reading some of the very amusing and thought provoking threads on the forums.
Will have to make an effort to contribute more posts to the forums and reach a landmark 100 posts at least :O

we're 'newbies' and new to forums really, we sometimes use another non swing forum for advice on DIY etc, I don't know if this would be a similar place. DIY may be viewed in a different light, if fact it may become the topic of our frist thread!
Anyway it can be daunting as we don't know you guys yet, but those we do were find we like, so therefore maybe it's not the forum or the thread but knowing people and being known. Very deep I know for a Friday afternoon.
Anyway hope to get to know you all a little better over coming time and we'll ensure we post here as we have enjoyed the topics.

I do like reading and joining in with the forums but as long as they are informative/interesting/amusing antidotes etc. I personnally hate the ones that have at this stage run out of steam because whats the point - feel at this stage people competing to get their posting numbers up - plain ridiculous I think. rant over full stop!

Some of the threads are quite old alright lol, but i think we keep posting on them because they are just there and sometimes it can be a good laugh. Yes it does get your posts up but as i said its fun as new threads dont come about often lol
