its that time of year when tattoes & piercings tend to be on display ... for others it is the time to think about getting some ... so the question is are tattoes or body piercings hot or not...
well i didn't get any of my tattoos for anyone elses benefit, they were (and are) for me...i couldn't give a toss if other folk like them or not.....but a well done tattoo is like a permanent work of art...you should feel priviledged to have it on your body, and priviledged of someone chooses to reveal theirs to you.

Well said.....if you do something for the right reason (such as 'because I like it') then it will most likely be right. Getting a tat for other peoples benefit or to impress others then it could lead to years of regret. As an observer of tats (ie not having any myself), some look great other don't. So a hot tat is a hot tat, an not-hot tat is maybe a not-hot tat. But it is not my opinion that counts. I have very few piercings, ditto my opinions on tats. But, there is a slight difference: you can easily remove a badly thought piercing; and sometimes a piercing may give someone else an added bit of pleasure or maybe even physical discomfort. If asked which is hotter, piercings or tats, I'd probably say piercings. On the other hand, I've seen tattoos on girls that simply say something very good about the girl and how she thinks about her body.....that is very very hot.
Yes some of them are hot some are not but that's to each and everyone's individual taste.
I have a few tattoo's which need to be redone so it can be costly to reink etc... but yes all in all I like them
alan ya thinkin of getting one i say go for it lol i have to say i love my tattoos i truely dont care if people like them or not we get these for our selves as for my piercings love them and hope to get another one or two soon

i think tattoos are hot...love all 3 o mine and dont regret getting them.

i always said i would never get one but that changed last year now i have 4 of them
all of them are for my benefit and are i think very tastefully done and placed
ive 16 tatts now,,,not planning on stoppin just yet... ive 4 piercings and two more planned might actually get them tomor lol...so yes i love tatts and piercings lol

I have one tattoo, its mine and it's special, to me, every time i see it brings memory, so its a kind of a very private one with its meaning important to me only. People do tattoos for different reasons, but when they do them they decide to change their body its not a lipstick you can wash in the end of a day and for that reason only they deserve to be treated with respect. I know its been all said before but let it be a consolation for tattoo or piercing owners...only ugly people make ugly remarks.
ive got six tatoos an every single one has a meaning..my dad my children..etc and i wouldnt care what anyone elese thought im a grown woman my body my temple .Im a nice girl and if people were to judge me because of my tatoos well then i dont have any interest in knowing these people
well i think tats can be extremly sexy. an havin a tat or more is everyone's own decision. i myself hav 2 an placed on wat i call my love handles.. so i guess it gives my man of the moment somtin to look at when he takin a rest. as fr piercings i also hav tiny celtic nose stud. this was also my decision an not cos it was all the rage a few years ago. people do things fr diff reasons an make their own decisions. an one of these days i might get som more of either. i do need a really sexy 1 on my lower back though an just haven found the right person to do wat i actually want there.. :thumbup:
