May i add my best wishes to all the brave athletes taking part in the special Olympics, i am disappointed in the number of people who have replied to this post. the number of quiet ridiculous posts on here which draw a response is staggering and when a truly great and deserving one appears , almost athletes, their families and friends deserve all the support they can get.
Anyone who has ever witnessed the joy on the faces of those taking part will never forget. It takes a supreme effort for many to take part and that also applies to the families who help to bring these athletes to achieve their potential.
