Then there was rumours being spread about Parky & Mr Flash fighting. While Ive only met Parky once, he was a complete gent to my wife and me, and there is no way I could ever see Mr Flash throwing punches at somebody.
Then there is another thread that just plain bullies an unnamed female, with that lady being labelled "A means to an end". Now that is just a horrible thing to be called. And this lady is accused in public, using 2nd hand info that is just pure hearsay. It was totally one sided with nobody coming to the defence of the accused lady, while everybody seemed to believe that she was guilty. I didnt see, and nobody else seen the response where the guy making the initial accusation backed the OP up (Probably because he is either lying or he is spineless), but yet the accused lady, whoever she is, is made to feel like the whole site is against her. It seems she didnt respond on the thread, but why should she have to? The thread itself should have been pulled immediately.
Then there is a thread from Ritzee where she has had to come on forums to tell people she isnt rude. Ive never found Ritzee to be rude. She is no shrinking violet, and is very self confident so maybe some people who spread those rumours are a little less self confident than Ritzee which is why they may have spread such rumours. Ive never known her to be rude in any way.
So why is all of this happening? It is only detrimental to the site as a business, and the site members' opportunity to have some fun.
We as swingers are not unlike a secret society. We have our own codewords and lingo. We are blasted in the media all the time, being labelled as sex crazed and perverted. People from our personal lives such as friends & family dont know what we get up to because they just wouldnt understand. They just arent open minded enough to understand swinging and the fun comraderie & social scene that come with it.
We have our secret meetings (Parties) that are held all over the country in houses & apartments either owned or rented by the organiser for such events. You could say such parties are similar to Masonic Lodges where private meetings are held.
Yes everyone on here is different. We have differing tastes, different things we find attractive, but we are still the same in one respect. We are all swingers and we should maybe stop and think before spreading rumours and idle gossip about others. It does no good for the site or its members.
A little solidarity and respect towards each other can only be a good thing. Whether someone likes me/you or not is immaterial. We should still respect people regardless of whether we get on or not. Destroying the good work on here that has been done by both staff & members shouldnt be allowed to continue.

Having taken six months off for a nice break & to refocus I was really looking forward to returning to the site and reading the forums. However some of the threads in forums are a little off putting.
There are numerous threads about people being rumoured on, people being put down and other threads where people are being bullied. For instance....
Dubcplmg have posted about people spreading rumours about the M&G's that they put together. Now I dont know that couple, but they should be held in high esteem for the effort they put in for other members on the site. I know the vast majority would feel the same about this couple as I do, but reading their post about the problems they are facing before during & after they host a M&G is quite bewildering. Problems such as people contacting the venue to inform them of the true reason behind the function room being booked. That is the lowest that anyone on here could sink and here is why:
Dubcplmg host for two main reasons:
1) For the benefit of site members to get together within a social setting, allowing people who only ever spoke in chat to meet up in person
2) For well deserved charities such as Breast Cancer & Children's Hospitals.
I mean come on, how much more can a member do? Their efforts should be respected and appreciated, but it seems some people are hell bent on becoming a spanner in the works.

[b:08018b4be6]The bandwagon vehicle doesn't make a scheluled stop at my address, so I have to put my hand out to stop it and when it arives, and 99 percent of the time it's always packed so I just wave it on bye and make my journey on my own two feet. If only nike did high heels as it can be a long tiersom lonely road on your own, but u always meet some underdog along the way to keep you company and the satisfaction when you arive at your destination Is uncomparable!!!![/b:08018b4be6]
