if thats the case deb well then ur probably stuck in there from a previous occasion. that happens to me quite a bit - in order to avoid this - ask a moderator to kick you out when ur logging off - that should solve the problem louise

Dont assume anything in a support ticket to the admin is a link "support centre" on the main forum that and explain the prob exactly.I do remember admin saying some time back that the chat isnt compatable with some systems so no harm in your just getting stuck.
