Is it so bad that after chatting/messaging/texting for a while to have a change of mind about a meeting?

I dont think so But I think the sooner you make yer thoughts clear the better rather than having the other party thinking you had messed them around.
of course I should have added about agreeing to meet and then not showing up. if you can text to agree a meet you can text to say "sorry not this time", everyone can change their mind but a "no show" without notification is just bad manners.
People can change their minds for many reasons, but have to agree always best to let someone know asap, if you have a good chat relationship then this is easier..
But not turning up at all and no explanation is immature really.
