Personally, I find it a huge turn on. I couldn't imagine being intimate with someone and not kissing them, in that respect, I like to see men kiss too.
Having spoken to a lot of bi men over the years, the majority reserve the use of their mouths for below the belt action. Shying away from sensual play like stroking and kissing and opting for more animistic sex. Whilst kissing between two bi females is seen as the least bi activity they can engage in, the opposite seems to be true for bi males.
