When I set up a profile on this site first I put down Almost Single, I had a girlfriend at the my adult life I thought of the girlfriend,wife ,kids (2.4)!I knew thats not what I wanted,I thought there might be another way,a different life,one night I herd about S4I, on a radio show,I was intreaged, I went home and loged on,on this site I met people who thought like me ,who had been down the road of convension,who wanted more, a different view, an alternitive way of life, I was lucky to be invited to one of studandsexys meets,from then I knew I wanted more ,I told my girlfrend and she wanted none of it so we ended,Addies ,to me almost single means willing to explore, or mabey, I have found a new path,also ,mabey I'm a cheating bastard who wants to meet people for sex ,:-?who knows?I'd like to think it's the former.I'd like to think it's people looking for a different road (sorry for the bad spelling :giveup: )
Almost Single = "wife found out I'm a cheating bastard and now reads all my emails and looks through my phone records so this is the only way I can get laid now apart from paying for it until she can be bothered to divorce my sorry ass."

i am wondering why the tag almost single is an issue, after all if you are a swinger, your not looking for a life partner ffs, i think it denotes, have a disasterous private life, id like to be single, but society does not allow for it at the moment ...!!!

Lordyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I don't know a thing about it, but only a small group f tha couples on ere hav disastrous private lives, from what I hear, the rest seem 2 be happily 2gether and happy swinging with others! So, for me which one could I choose?
Technically, I'm still MARRIED; but will be DIVORCED; so am I ALMOST DIVORCED but that would mean that I'm ALMOST SINGLE; but I'm in a relationship since splitting up with spouse, so maybe that makes me a COUPLE. But, I'm not on here as a COUPLE under my username. So therefore that leaves me to toss-up between MARRIED (making me sound like a couple) or ALMOST DIVORCED.
There is no option for what I am.
I could have opted for ALMOST SINGLE and been one of the ones who are a topic of this topic.
(I'll go and change it to that and then come back to play devils advocat).
and let's not chat about what the 'assets' means.

No aimed at you aiddes - I just like people to be fair in their comments - no matter what position they are adopting. I know a lot of people don't believe I should be here at all (married but here as single - the cad!) but I would hope my comments would still be valid.

Hi Addies, the almost single is fairly well covered, but on checking your profile, could it be said you are almost looking?
You know the "not looking at the moment";
then under looking for; bi male, bi female etc.
Nylon it is not possible to leave choices blank, until that is the case I guess they will remain on my profile..
and no for the record I am not nearly looking or almost looking for anything..
