Abuse Reports

As you may well know you now have the facility to file an abuse report which is picked up by the mods in the mod lounge and dealt with in what we consider to be the most fair and satisfactory neccessary it can be forwarded to admin for checking of the chat logs. It would however be much better if you could be speicific in what the abuse was or what the complaint would also be helpful as well if you could give the time and room where the abuse took place espeicially in the case of more serious instances. So instead of saying "he was very nasty to me" say exactly what was said or simliar or at least give us something to give a good judgement on the matter. Thanks. Westside.

Already we have had one taking the piss out of the abuse this keeps up ill be chatting with admin and pushing to have anyone who takes the piss in an abuse report banned from the site. Im not saying that if you are not sure of saying that when you completly take the piss. Also again, we are not getting enough will not lose sleep over you dont give us enough info the matter cant and wont be dealt with correctly. Thanking you in advance, Westside.

Please please when anyone is sending in an abuse report give as much detail as you can . although logs can be checked it is hard to do this when we do not have room name or rough time , also if reporting fake pics , please say how you know they are fake as telling us " ***** profile pics are fake" isnt enough detail for us to go on , tell us where you have seen them , This will make our job easier to do but more importantly help us to get rid of the fakes and timewasters and trouble makers (which I think everyone wants )and leave the site free for people to use it for what it was intended Thank you
