Only Premium Account holders have the ability to access the Chat Room.
If you find that when you click to enter the chat room, that you are redirected to an upgrade page, this means that you are not a Premium Account holder.
The only possible way to gain access to the chat room is to upgrade your membership to the Premium Level.
