On another 1 or 2 sites I've came across some way, where-by each member has I dunno what you would call it; Kudos or ratings and they get points deducted by observers or the "victim" (I know that's a very strong word lol! but the person who was aggrieved,) and then it is clearly established in the ratings etc., and indicative of those time-wasters who like to bad-mouth others for no apparent reason only for their own kicks.
