I don't want to make this whole issue worse but when a friend is in need of support surely we should be able to stand by them?
And i am sick to death of this " them and us", and it is not really non mod members saying it. I would just like to clarify something, if mods are just members who volunteer their time then surely as members they are open to be slightly criticised as many members are on the forums without all this "them and us"?
For christ people we are all just members here, been a mod or non mod doesn't make a difference, we are all equal here and should be treated that way.
Would it be possible for this thread to be locked as what was started as gesture of good will to a friend who can still see the forums, i feel is turning into a thread of nastiness and as i can rise above immature behaviour i do not feel others can and to save more upset to members please lock this thread. Thank you in advance.

I don't need to rack up numbers of posts, and as it has been pointed out non members can view the forums.
Sorry but turning a well meant thread into a bitch fest is very pointless and quite rude, has there not been enough bitching here? All i ask is for people who want to post here to send their good wishes be able to do so without been subjected to such nastiness.

That is fair enough Amber, but it seems very strange that after she had her rant, right or wrong, she is now banned. I just hope that is not a case of if any member including mods have a rant or voice their feelings on a possible negative point about the site and how they feel it is run are not banned for it. I don't have any problems with how the site is run in general just some little things that are my issue and nothing to get flustered about but i hope if i did have a serious issue and voiced it i would not be banned for it as long as i stuck within the rules.
i think admin made the right choice opening this thread again and it shows they have good faith in us members to be able to express how we feel in a mature way.
I just hope we see LB back soon.
Great point Baily's but this type of childish behaviour will not stop as long as there are immature gob-shites on this site. A good friend of ours was the target of rumors last year but is a very strong person who was able to rise above it, sadly others may not be as strong and it could have a very bad effect on them. I just wish people would think before they spread rumors and cause lasting damage to others.

Titan i read your post and while you have some fair points i take exception to you calling this thread OP had a valid point to make and done so in a very mature way as i feel every other poster on this thread. This has nothing to do with if your a mod or not as we do chat the odd time i am in the chat room,but i feel you are out of line on this one.
We all have our view's and the right to express them but not if it is going to cause offence and cause more ill feeling on site.
