Obviously your pain barrier shoots through the roof when highly stimulated and wouldn't be un-normal not to feel someone nails down your back or nibbling other areas. It is a trust thing certainly, there are many forms of s & m some quite tame others quite dangerous so you do need to trust the person who is the dom in the situation and a safe word is a must or if your gagged a body movement. For many the pain aspect is a very sexual turn on but it can go too far sometimes so if anyone is going to try s & m the best advice i can give is discuss it first.
I have had some good, but many more bad experiences with s & m. So caution and safety are a must. And if a person cant take a light spanking s & m is not for you.
