A distinction should be made. Within a couple of hours after having sex you have managed to get to wash there shouldn't be a problem with that unless the person has a Bo problem in the first place. But where a person would spend much longer than that without a visit to running water ie. day (s) well then there is an issue of concern. And i am not on about being in bed with a partner and sleeping through the night.
