I'm a wantin d help of all u fitness, gym going guru's,please..
I've decided to buy a "tread-mill" for Christmas, because I'm sick of pullin' thorns outta my arse from jumpin on the ditch everytime a car passes me on the roads round here while I'm out walking....(no we'r not privilged with footpaths in dis part of kk)
Any-who, I was wondering if any of u sexy, gorgeous, fit, athletic, stud-muffins n muffinettes( have I licked enough) could PM me with advise about makes, models, blaa, blaa, blaa and all those important spec's needed in a gud thread-mill. Oh and where I might buy one'd be gud too

:smile2: Put up my christmas tree tonight(all 10" of it) and when my little 2yr old came in, in his fleecie one'zies, he was amazed, he stood under it, eyes dancin with the reflection of the lights, finger pointing up at it saying "Oh woww, oh woww!!!" (like the cornflakes ad wit little girl sayin "HO!HO!HO!".
