A great thread.
As usual the originator or the posters who commented are not the offenders - they are just highlighting the facts. But highlighting issues is always good, it will make an unintentional offender feel guilty and they may amend their ways, it will show the serial offender that they are causing offence and their actions are being noted and it will ensure that others contribute in a sensitive and respectful manner.
I made an assumption once and I regret that I seem to have cut off a good cyper friendship with some lovely people - my loss, but you learn where the boundries are and you try to build up trust again.
The forums are a great place to exchange information,opinion,thoughts and ideas. They should be free of malicious gossip and insensitive comments.
Most times they are thoughtful,fun,hilarious....I just wish I had the wit or wisdom (or nerve!!!!) to keep up.....but I'm learning.
on the good side. Teddy be extra nice to the patient.

Some Persons on this site are,I think, here only to get cyper kicks, they just contact for the craic - I only got one ever, and just to see what would happen (with out showing my pics) I offered to meet that evening....I'm not sure what I would have done if I was accepted!!! I never got a reply.
After seeing your post I perved your profile and as I'm only 5'8'' I'll never send you my pics...so don't beg me lol lol. No seriously Mona I think most of the genuine guys obey the rules and the delete key should be used on all others. Hope to chat some time Mona.

Moderators have been very helpful to me and I know that they operate in a manner which helps this site to run smoothly and makes it enjoyable and fun. They could spend their time chatting without the distraction of supervising the rooms and the forums. This particular thread was started by a moderator vith a view to being educational and informative. It would be a shame to see it being used for any other purpose. Happy while I know your definition is technically correct....I think in this case the primary defination is best :
MODERATOR - One who moderates.
Lets all move forward with continued good posting and continued good moderating.
