Just wondering will everyone who has invite to meet and greet in jan the 28th who has not replied yet please do soon as i will be removing names from the list to give others the chance of attending on the night its only fair.
i will mail on here people who have not replied by the date requested and in the event of no answer they will be taken off list and place given to someone else and they will be refused entry on the night

Suzies and bedtimebabys next meet and greet will be the 28th of january 2012 venue to be confirmed invite will be sent like a pass to a valid email adress. there may be a nominal cover charge but will be confirmed. I need valid email address as we will send pass for you to print out its open to all shapes all sizes and is informal its a great way to mingle

Hi all
This is to explain the up and coming meet and greet for the 28th of jan 2012.
Firstly we will know by friday where the venue will be. It will hopefully be in a private room and there will be a dj for the night. There will be a cover charge but this is to cover room hire security and other things.
It will be by invite only and known members of site will always be first and others will also get invite.
I will be checking through the mails as i recieve them but i have done can you private message me with your request and if i do not recieve a valid email to respond to you will not get invite end of.
The reason for valid email address is to send out invite which will be numbered you have to respond by month before event or it goes to another. It may seem harsh but we have so many who want to attend its unfair on others if allocated space and you dont bother turning up.
We have allowed for about 250 room should hold 300.
the invites being sent will be called B G S Reunion which will be able to print out and to be brought on the night this is mainly for new people we may not know as i am the only person who will have email addresses i will destroy after event closed.
The last was a great success and for the ones there all seemed to enjoy. It will be open to all shapes sizes single girls / guys and couples but will be fair.
The reason for the meets is to let people mingle and net work its always a no pressure night.
So if interested private message me with your detail and we will try make out a good fair list of people to be invited

Well venue confirmed we have a privare room can cater for 300 people also have great dj on the night bar till and all money collected on the night going to a good cause

Hi everyone
Thank you all for taking the time to reply to your invites to Suzie's room meet and greet. It's this coming Saturday the 8th of October. It's a no frills event by this no room was hired to keep cost down for everyone in this current credit climate. I am unsure of music in the hotel but the lobby is very large and comfortable and relaxing. People will be able to hear themselves talk at least. As its being held as a social night in main lobby appropriate dress is suitable. It will be a way of site members to meet old friends and also meet new ones and for people to put faces to names they may speak to in chat.
I have been asked what is a meet and greet it's just a night for like minded people to mingle and swap chat numbers and maybe more it's a no pressure night, It's not a orgy as someone suggested. Like all events some will make their own mind up on the night. What happens back in the privacy of your own room is up to yourselves but the main rule is No means No.
If anyone feels nervous or shy on the night come to me or Suzie or someone and we will include you in the chat, the first ever meet and greet from site was held in the same venue and all meets started from here. I may be contacted onn another note we are having a small raffle for a desk top aquarium tickets 1 euro to raise some funds for a young 11 year old boy who is nearly over chemotherapy to try give him a well deserved holiday it's not compulsory juicylucy will have the tickets on the night. I am donating the prize all is needed is the water.
The main host on the night is sue of Suzie's chat room. So on behalf of sue chat room may I wish all a fun filled night.

I have been asked on behalf of susie from suzies chat to arrange a suzies room meet and greet night on the 8th of October in a hotel location in Dublin, this will be open to all from suzies room and any other room on site. It will be open to all ages groups and sizes its a social night for people to meet old and new friends. It will be totally informal and just a way for people to chat and meet faceless names they may chat to in rooms.
