main hotel rooms are nearly gone just off the phone with the hotel so we would advise book this week in order to be on the door step of the club as the two other hotels are less than 5 min taxi ride.

we will start planning this in the next few weeks and contact everyone once some things are sorted the venue we already know just need a date. hoping to have a discount rate on the hotel rooms also and we also hope to have a raffle again this time with loads of spot prizes. finger food should also be on hand.
