I think wilder hit the nail on the head .. Guys use this for one on one meets and in my estimation that's not swing .. And when they get an invite to something more they bottle ..
You can just as easily use dating sites and indicate a NSA preference in what your looking for .. Why come here ?
I think some of the one to one guys think they are guaranteed fun here ! Personally swing for me is about the out of the ordinary !
As arule of thumb a very wise woman told me starting out ... overbook .. At the party in January nearly all the single guys confirmed, showed up and there was no, no shows on the night . A few cancelled in good time ! But the perfect number was there .. Everyone had fun most more than once ..
I have had just one 1-2-1 meet since I joined and it was fun but nothing like the other scenarios experienced .
If your nervous to attend a proper swing event ask yourself one question .. Is it because you really don't want to so it ? Or is it just nerves ?
If it's the latter remember absolutely everyone experiences that's the first few times and that's totally normal ! Bite the bullet and go for it !
