I don't get money from my father in-law as some people have said to me lately. Dont know where that rumour started from, but a few people have mentioned that rumour is doing the rounds.

Our questtion is this. We are planning a party for the very near future and we were wondering what it would take for us mere mortals to have such wonderful people such as yourselves to accept our humble invitation. We wish to extend this invitation however we are unsure if we are worthy of your awesome presence, a presence that indeed would truly make our party fall under the category of Mega!!?
Please advise as mega awesomeness is something we strive for and feel you guys are the only ones who may be able to shine a light on this subject.

Wow I never seen that post That Roundabend is referring to above. It may be just how I perceive it but that post seems like a thinly veiled threat towards another member.
If it is then such unbecoming behaviour by a moderator should not go unchecked. Such behaviour tends to put other fine moderators good names in jeopardy which is unfair.
Any person who has authority needs to show a certain amount of restraint when dealing with personal issues in public and carry themselves in a positive and exemplary way
