We have given hotel details to a handful of members in order for the hotel to be reassured that this event is going ahead.
We must like all Meet and Greets hold back details until closer to the time in order to protect the identity of the attendees and also so the hotel is not tipped off about the type of event being held.
We have blocked booked 100 rooms so there will be no issue with accommodation.. :swingingchair::swingingchair:
