PERSON SPECIFICATION Any applicants need to be flexible, interesting and have a wide range of their own interests. An interest in music, good food, reading and travel would be an advantage, however training may be offered to an otherwise suitable candidate. Reliability and honesty a must. Quirky sense of humour, an ability to think so far outside the box that you're left looking slightly puzzled saying 'box? what box?' (previous experience of massage and cooking will be considered a definite advantage) Good communication skills essential. WORKING CONDITIONS The post-holder will need to feel comfortable in a wide range of environments from pubs, restaurants and music venues to beaches and woods. An enjoyment of nights in with a bottle of wine and a DVD also necessary (though deeply cliched). HOURS OF WORK It is anticipated that the position be offered initially on a part-time basis, however additional hours, subject to negotiation, may be added once suitability has been confirmed. SALARY The post is purely voluntary, but does however, come with an attractive package of benefits and perks. Again, for an appropriately qualified candidate, this is negotiable.
