The event organiser has complete management of the event. The responsibilities include numerous options.
If you are the group admin, you can access the management section by mouse clicking on Events / Parties from the profile menu, followed by mouse clicking on 'Hosting' status of the respective event name.
Event Organiser options
The event organiser can:
- Cancel the event (with assistance from a Moderator or Admin)
- Invite members
- Manage the attendees
- Mass-mail the attendees
- Manage the reserve list (should the capacity be maximised)
- Approve new, and remove or ban existing members
- Manage the privacy options
- Manage the event name, text, location and capacity
These options are all available to do under the individual tabs in the manage event area.
