Well I have kept out of all forums for the week and now I think it's time I replied to all to last weeks meet and greet.
Firstly I would like to thank Bedtime baby and Suzie for their support in helping me get this event done. It was hard work which people don't realize has to be done. I would like to thank crazy girl the elephant man tatts silver stud Mr and Mrs macmullys Clyde and all the girls who helped sell kiss tickets and instant access if I forgot anyone I do apologise. I would like to give a big thank you to Looney tunes who kept the floor rocking.
This event started out as a small event but turned out very large quickly. It was done in the way beds did the kiss tickets and got them printed, Suzie's arranged dj I did everything else arranging venue booking room and sending mails and invites, the reason for this if anything went wrong it was me to deal with the fall out no one else.

I am sorry everyone could not attend but I was fair in sending invites out and soon realised it was going to be over booked. I did not send out invites to be popular but to give all the same chance.
I would like to thank everyone who attended on the night and made the night a success for the ones who could not come and sent me mail saying they could not attend thanks to those, but to who never replied and had invite it would be more polite to let us know as we deprived others who may have come.
As most are aware this night was for charity and we raised short of €3000 euro which has now been given to the beneficiaries.
I would also like to say something as most know I was called sat afternoon by general manager to ask could I meet him later in evening he told me of a few complaints from the Friday night.
I met him and another manager and had frank discussion with them and contrary to Chinese whispers going around and certain peoples named being used it was not over them I was being given out over the hotel received 2 phone calls asking where the charity swing night was being held what room and for what this made hotel nervous.
I discussed all aspects of night with hotel but they did put 2 security inside so event went off and due to my meeting we got free bar extension for a futher 1.5 hours all seemed to go great from there and everyone seemed to enjoy.
I took all the flak that night and I also got calls later in week which I sorted may I say it's unfair of anyone from site to make any trouble for others when they do not have all the facts the people there on night should be given their privacy as I mine what happens on tour should stay on tour.

I would also like to thank anyone who donated spot prizes a big thank you. But would also like to say the
event is over and not fair still to say was badly arranged and badly run even if you think that.

People make any night their own its about meeting and mingling not about false pretences.

And no I did not do event to become popular as I did not even have meet in my name and for the people who know me well I don't do site politics and am there to chat to anyone and always try to do just that

Ps sorry if I sound annoyed but I have taken so much abuse this week and it's unfair

GER SO SORRY TO HEAR YOUR GETTING SO MUCH GRIEF THERES ALWAYS BEGRUDGERS YE PUT ALOT OF WORK INTO THESE AND YERE TIME HOLD YERE HEADS HIGH, THERE IS A FEW THAT CANT KEEP THERE MOUTHS SHUT AND CAUSE SHIT FOR OTHERS ON HERE LIKE THEY GET SATISFACTION OUTTA IT, IM RAGING I MISSED IT BUT YA KNEW WITH MY CIRCUMSTANCES,YERE LAST ONE WE ATTENDE WAS A GREAT SUCESS I READ IN THE PROFILES TWO PEOPLE MENTIONED THE HOTEL ON LETS MEET UP ON THE FRIDAY NIGHT YERE NIGHTS ARE SO FAIR ALLOWING EVERYBODY TO ATTEND,SOMETIMES I FEEL ITS LIKE A SCHOOL PLAYGROUND.WOMEN IN COMPETITION WITH EACH OTHER WHOD GET TO SHAG THE MOST WHAT A FUCKING JOKE, IM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THIS SHIT WISH WERE ADULTS HERE THAT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT OTHERS AND THEIR PRIVACY, GER SORRY YE HAVE HAD SO MUCH GRIEF, LOTS OF HUGS VANITY XXXXX

To those who put the effort in to make it a night I am proud to say I have had some involvement in ………

I feel the majority off replies say it louder than I can …………… Great nigh out ……….

To those who feel it ok to divulge information in regards to venues and causes

It really didn't have the desired effect now did it ? I do hope you feel proud off your endeavours ….

I personally cant understand the need to be destructive in regards to anything in life and feel it is even more dislikeable behaviour when in concerns other people privacy .

To those who didn't enjoy the night …I am sorry you feel that way …

Put as with any get-together not all will feel it meets there expatiations or anticipations as we are all different and therefore we all have different like in regards to music , people , places as with many other things in life , it is not the differences that have been objected to here it is however the manner in which those differences were conveyed … Its easier in life to just move on and takes up less time and energy which leaves more time for fun …

We are all here for friendships , to fore fill our sexual desires and the social events are a big part off swing world , We are all meant to be adults in regards to our behaviours , mannerism and personal conduct both on and off site at the end off the day we only answer to one person ….ourselves ..

I have had my say and I am moving on …I am going to concentrate on the more important things in swing life ….

We had a fantastic time and a big thank you to Ger and the other organisers. Got to meet loads of people we know from the chat rooms and catch up with loads of people we had met on previous meet and greets. Didn't get to meet everybody we had hoped to meet but that is the way things go and will just have to say hi at the next one . Anybody who felt the need to complain must have looked hard for problems as from where we were it was a great nite,, good music, good company and lots of laughs. Fair play to anyone taking on the logistics of organising a party in any circumstances (wedding/bar mitzvah/M&G) I think that should be a focus of appreciation.

GER sorry you had hassle on the night i was`nt there much as i wanted to be, esp with you in charge i knew it was going to be a good one, there is always going to be some c##t putting a spanner in the works , but glad to hear it did`nt spoil the night hope you all had a great time, tell suzie to remember me for the next one.
