Can someone clarify the profile pic rules to me? Every time I try to set a picture as a profile pic I get a message saying it must be "approved, public, and non-adult".

It is approved and public so there must be an issue about it being tagged as "adult", looking around I would see far more risqué images than the one I'm trying to set so is there a specific guideline I need to follow?
