On April 14th, our profile suddenly stopped registering views (we know from being in chatroom that we're getting views). Also had no messages since then (normally get a lot).

Could someone please look into this? Submitted a help ticket a couple of days ago but no reply (thought quick support was a perk of paying for 'extras'..hmmm).

Also, if anyone has sent us a message since April 14th, we haven't got it so don't think we're ignoring anyone.

Thanks...thought after posting that maybe the reason we haven't got a support reply is because we ain't getting any messages through.

Can i ask if any messages sent to us during this period will be visible once it's fixed, or are the messages lost?

Thanks...profile views issue seems to be resolved now. Any update on the message system? Have had no messages since April 14th (hasn't been a day yet since we joined that we haven't got messages) so appears to be something wrong there.
