All was well in SexyBabes-ville last night - but this evening, they cannot get into the chatroom, though they can access their account, and view the site in general. They cannot post or reply to anything - hence them contacting me to put up this plea for assistance.

They have a Windows XP machine, with IE/Google [unsure if this is a chrome version or not] and are not using an ISP that's known to be blocking the site.

I've advised they download and try Mozilla instead - and hope that helps.

If anyone with some techy whizzkid-ery about them could advise further - please mail their profile [SexyBabes]

Chrome is not the greatest, in my opinion, ppl using firefox have had some issues, but with IE none, but not sure about the latest version. Please advise them they should be able to send in a support ticket to admin even if they are not logged into the site, least thats how it worked on the old version. If there is still an issue please let us know.

Cheers MnJ - have mailed them to get an update - and sent a link for the Support Ticket Page - will check back tomorrow and see if there's progress.

I use Mozilla myself and have no issues arising.
Weird how the same kit can give different problems and need different solutions.

All systems are Green for Go - Heuston - we no longer have a problem
